Let’s set your catalog up
Nothing has been set up in this spreadsheet yet. Answering a few questions is quicker than doing it by hand, and everything it sets can be changed afterwards.

Build the report, then print it or choose “Save as PDF” in the print window. Printing works best from a computer.
These maker names look like they might be the same maker. For each group, choose the correct name, untick any name that’s really a different maker, and apply. The maker name is changed on those items in your collection tabs and your Sold tab. This looks at all your calls, not just the current filters.

Pick a state for a maker and every one of their calls without a state gets it. Calls that already have a state aren’t changed.
Photographs nothing points at
Taking a photograph off an item clears its row but leaves the file in your Drive, and trimming one saves the trimmed version beside the original rather than over it. Both on purpose: removing a picture from a record should not destroy the only copy of it. The cost is files in your photo folder that nothing refers to any more.
This looks through that folder and lists whatever is not attached to an item, a maker or your logo. Nothing is touched until you tick it and say so, and what you pick goes to the bin in your Drive rather than being erased — about thirty days to change your mind.
Your private link
This is the address of the app itself. Open it on your phone and use Add to Home Screen and it behaves like an app. Anyone opening it still has to sign in with a Google account that can reach your spreadsheet, so the link on its own gives nobody anything.
