Makers, marks, provenance, what you paid, and the photographs — kept properly, searchable in a second, and stored in a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive.
The catalog is yours, not ours
Your records live in an ordinary Google Sheet in your Drive, and the photographs in a Drive folder beside it. There is no account to make here and no copy on anyone's server. Nobody running this site can see what you collect, what you paid, or what it is worth.
What signing in actually allows
Google is asked for one narrow permission, called drive.file. It covers
the files this app creates, and any file you hand it yourself through Google's own
file picker. It cannot list the rest of your Drive, cannot open documents you have
not chosen, and cannot reach your mail or photos. You can withdraw it at any time
from your Google account's security settings.
It keeps working without us
Because the catalog is a spreadsheet, it stays readable whether or not this site exists. If it disappears tomorrow, you still have every record and every photograph, in a format you can open, print, export, or hand to someone else.
Built for collections that do not match
Duck calls, decoys, books, catalogs and advertising are not the same thing and do not want the same fields. Each collection carries its own, you can add fields of your own, and the things you do not own — a wish list, what you have sold — stay out of the count.
